3. DATA COLLECTION ON OUR WEBSITE
Cookies
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
Browser type and version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.
4. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4
With your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to evaluate how our website and services are used and which steps lead to a project enquiry. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We measure page and service views, clicks to enquiry options, form visibility and starts, submission attempts and successful enquiry submissions confirmed by our server. A submission attempt alone does not count as an enquiry. Our event tracking sends no names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message contents from your form fields. Page addresses are sent without query parameters, and referring visits are limited to their source domain. Google also processes technical connection and usage data and pseudonymous identifiers. The analysis is therefore not fully anonymous.
Statistics is enabled only after you consent to the optional Statistics group. Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; storing or accessing information on your device is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can use the website and contact form without this consent.
The cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish visitors and sessions. Their normal duration is up to two years, subject to browser limits. We also store a broad traffic-source category in session storage. This attribution expires after 30 minutes and contains no search terms or advertising click identifiers.
Google signals, user-provided data collection and the use of this Analytics data for personalised advertising are disabled. According to Google, IP addresses from EU users are used to derive location information and then deleted rather than stored in Analytics. Processing by Google companies outside the EU, including in the United States, is possible.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Further Analytics event tracking then stops. See Google data processing on partner websites, EU data and privacy and Google data processing terms.
